Highlander was selected in an invitation only competitive bid process to be the general contractor for this $3 million dollar construction project.  

​

This 40,000+ SF project included professional space, a food processing line, warehousing space, as well as an 80,000 CF free standing deep freezer.

​

Also as an integral part of this project was a state-of-the-art teaching kitchen.

​

The project was completed on time with the client occupying the space within 180 days.
